What ongoing fees I will get?
Airbnb charges a 15% fee (plus any VAT/GST) on your total earnings. Our management fee, also subject to VAT/GST, is based on your gross income from the platform. You can check out our full range of services here.
During your initial onboarding, we'll give you a handy checklist of essential items, including initial cleaning supplies and guest essentials like toilet paper and toiletries. Our cleaning team will keep these stocked for you, and we'll only charge you the cost price for these items.
